You will provide first- and second-level support. You will also assist the manager in process optimization and continuous improvement. In addition, you will collaborate and actively support the manager’s decision-making process through your extensive collaboration and exchanges with your colleagues.How will your contributions be showcased?

• Carry out payroll processing and validation mandates at customer sites;
• Review and adapt customer work processes related to the use of payroll solutions, with the aim of helping customers improve their processes and maximize the use of applications;
• Train facilities on the use of the products, using pedagogical tools and training methods appropriate to the facility, so that customers can make optimal use of the applications;
• Perform any other related duties as requested by the supervisor.

QualificationsWhat you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

• University degree or DEC in administration or finance or equivalent combination of experience;
• Diploma from the National Pay Institute, an asset;
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare network or healthcare IT;
• Knowledge of LGI Solutions Santé’s Espresso GRH-Payroll solution;
• Knowledge of payroll and human resources in the healthcare network;
• Experience in product management and/or delivery of IT solutions, an asset;
• Understanding and knowledge of best practices in payroll management in the public service;
• Leadership and team spirit;
• Dynamic and innovative;
• Managerial courage;
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
