Job description: Our client is seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of the Credit Services department supporting the National Credit Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Sr. Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Edmonton, ABJob Description:

  • Contact clients regarding outstanding balances.
  • Perform account reconciliations which may include processing minor write-offs.
  • Work with Customer Service Representatives and the sales team when billing issues arise.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer disputes and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer issues.
  • Provide analysis and feedback that may offer process improvement and/or efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of cash to sale, B2B, collection experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic mathematical skills; fundamental accounting skills helpful.
  • Ability to analyze, reconcile, and solve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
