Job description: Job DescriptionThe Senior Regional Sales Representative, is a key sales role responsible for identifying, prospecting, developing and nurturing Key Accounts within the Toronto, Ontario area. This person will report to and work closely with our senior sales team and management to research, identify and contact potential customers, set-up and run customer meetings, and generally build a book of business/accounts in and around the Toronto area.As the Senior Regional Sales Representative you will:
- Familiarize yourself with/understand Multivista’s service and product offering and why our customers buy from us.
- Confidently explain and sell new technologies (Drone/Immersive/3D scanning).
- Focus on account growth by identifying, selling, and developing new enterprise-level clients.
- Generate interest for new products in an expansive pipeline of prospects.
- Tap into our industry-leading lead database (Dodge/McGraw-Hill) for a constant stream of potential clients.
- Attend industry trade shows and events and join community associations to form strong network connections and stay current on construction trends.
- Meet with private and public-sector construction clientele at all levels, including Owners/ Developers, General Contractors, Construction Managers and Architects.
- Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce from initial contact to signed contract.
- Record and track all daily sales activity (including calls, meetings, pipeline updates) in Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed the quota and/or KPIs assigned to you at the beginning of each new fiscal year/quarter.
- Very little out of area traveling but a lot of active and on-going customer visits in and around the Toronto Metro area.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management – B2B preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Secondary school education combined with relevant industry experience also acceptable.
- Experience selling to the construction industry a distinct advantage.
- Experience with 3D scanning/Reality Capture and the use of drones in construction a major plus.
- Experience selling or using related software products like CloudCompare, Recap, or the Autodesk suite including Navisworks, Revit & AutoCAD is a big plus.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop and nurture customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and thrive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce) tools.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
