Job description: Job Description:The Superintendent/Superintendent is responsible for the overall management of a construction project, from start to finish. This includes overseeing all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The Superintendent/Superintendent must also be able to work effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from start to finish
• Develop and manage the project schedule
• Prepare and manage the project budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Meet all quality control standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
