Job description: Full-Time Superintendent/Surintendant Job DescriptionThe Superintendent/Surintendant is responsible for the overall management of a construction site. This includes overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution. The Superintendent/Surintendant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution
• Manage the budget and ensure that the project stays on track
• Communicate with all stakeholders, including the client, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Resolve problems and conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
