Privately owned and based in Laval, Quebec, with a strong vision for innovation and optimizing the employee and client experiences, we continue to help generations of Canadian women to look and feel their best.Job DescriptionAs the Supply Clerk, you will contribute to Laura’ success by ensuring that the daily functions relating to Supply, Visual and Marketing are done effectively and in a timely manner. This includes the proper distribution of all supplies to the stores and to Head Office as required.How will you support the team?

• Receive deliveries and verifies packing slips with purchase orders.
• Place stock in the warehouse including pallet management within the supplies department.
• Print out stickers and bills of lading by region.
• Check orders and prepare them before shipping as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
• Efficiently prepare all required supplies for store openings.
• Advise the Supplies Foreman of any changes made to the daily scheduling, including inventory ruptures.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of transports when needed.
• Receive deliveries for all departments and match the packing slip with the purchase orders.
• Provide support for the Construction and the Design Departments as needed.
• Work closely with the Procurement Team and provide support for any projects related to supplies.

QualificationsThe people who thrive with us have/are:

• A class 5 driver’s license.
• Team players.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Thorough and able to work independently.
• Able to lifts boxes (0-50 lbs).
