Our team works closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit and Métis), providing care to community members in Canada’s North. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community workforce strategizing. The Recruiter (TAS) will play a critical role in ensuring Canada’s Northern and Rural communities have a team available to meet their needs and objectives.This is a fast paced, high energy role that requires networking and public speaking. This is a remote/hybrid position with opportunity to work from office and home based on business needs. The individual must be flexible to regularly travel within the community to network and meet with applicants.Recruitment· Plan, strategize, source, screen, hireCommunity Outreach· Connect with community groups, educators, applicants, active on social media platformsOnboarding/Training· Facilitate training, documentation and additional paperwork related to onboarding requirements- in collaboration with our HR departmentAdministration· Onboard, ATS, HRIS, In-House programsQualificationsWho You Are· You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community· You are an ambassador and advocate of Bayshore’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion principles and practices· You have completed a recognized program, such as the Human Resources Administration Program with focus on Recruitment and/or relevant recruitment experience· You are social media savvy· You have a solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods in human resources and recruitment· You have at least two years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities, as a Recruiter, preferably in health care· You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format· You hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and are willing to commute within the surrounding area· You are dedicated to providing high-quality serviceBayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our employees and clients/patients.
