These opportunities vary from short-term to long-term temporary placements.Required are candidates with a wealth of knowledge in tax preparation, both corporate and personal, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.If you are interested in helping out our great clients this tax season, apply now!Duties and Responsibilities:The key job functions for these placements typically include:

• Preparing a high volume of corporate and personal income tax returns; T1’s, T4s, T5s, GST and other compliance returns, all the while ensuring client confidentiality and privacy
• Tax information data entry
• Compiling and organizing tax documents
• Conducting tax interviews and thoroughly explaining the chosen service to clients
• Other tasks as needed

Education:

• Degree or post-secondary in a relevant field is considered an asset

Experience:

• Previous tax preparation experience is required
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is considered an asset

Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and organization
• Outstanding time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines with ease
• Flourishes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to function effectively autonomously as well as in a team environment

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
