Job description: Randstad is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for a freight and transportation company in Calgary.As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and overseeing your team’s performance. Manage the daily operations of the warehouse
Schedule and train team members
Operate machinery within the warehouse
Inspect equipment and other material handling equipment (MHE)
Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety policies and proceduresQualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in transportation and logistics
Must have a valid forklift license
High attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
