Our client is on the search for a Controller to join their team! The successful candidate will demonstrate both technical and leadership skills. The Controller will manage the full cycle accounting along with the job costing/analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to their delivery. • Oversee and execute the full cycle accounting process and prepare financial statements
• Preparation of cost reporting/billing and job vs budget analysis
• Provide leadership to the finance team handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
• Perform ad-hoc, special projects, and other tasks as required

Your strengths include:

• CPA designation is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is a must
• Strong analytical skills are required
• Self-starting personality with the curiosity to dig into details while being able to see the bigger picture
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
