Seabee Gold Operation welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences to apply.SSR Mining – Seabee Gold Operation (SGO) is hiring for a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator.About Your New Role:Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain, the Warehouse & Materials Coordinator will be responsible for shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring continued accuracy of receipt / shipping with documentation to and from the mine site.Your Key Responsibilities:Receiving and distributing materials shipped to site, comparing received POs to data base entries in SAP.Shipping material off site and completing necessary paperwork.Maintaining site warehousing using max/min system, managing inventory yards, processing departmental internal inventory issuances, performing inventory counts.Handles / transports explosives.50% of work is inside; and 50% is outside.Your Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of supply chain principles and industry best practices.Ability work effectively within budget guidelines and meet required deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge with ERP platforms.Your Education and Experience:The successful candidate will have:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse and materials.Experience with SAP.About Our Working Conditions:This position has a schedule of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.Our Stipulations:This job posting complies with all Company standards, policies and procedures pertaining to appropriate conduct for employees, including the Code of Conduct.
