Job description: The Tenancy Dispute Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the Operations Team by overseeing the management of Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) filings and hearings.Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Managers, this position works closely with Property Management staff to coordinate, track, and support the resolution of tenancy dispute files. The Supervisor ensures that all dispute processes are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant policies and timelines, contributing to effective case management and positive outcomes.Your contributions to the team include:
