In addition, we offer an amazing career with paid comprehensive training, employer-paid benefit plan, company-provided safety apparel, and safety that repeatedly surpasses the industry standards.AMA uses the best towing equipment available and provides a first-class member experience.Becoming an AMA Service Vehicle Operator is a prospective career change option into the dynamic towing industry, no prior tow experience is required.Successful candidates will be trained on standard service vehicle operation and required to work 8-hour shifts alternating biweekly between morning shifts (6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 7:00 am – 3:00 pm) and afternoon shifts (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 12:00 am). Weekend coverage alternates every 4 weeks (4 weeks of Monday to Friday, 4 weeks of working Saturday and Sunday with 2 days off during the week). Plus, the opportunity to work additional hours and earn overtime is also available.A Place to Belong
