Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.Our team assist organisations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.Meaningful work you’ll be part ofAs a Transactions Services Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Participate in meetings with top-level management in a wide range of businesses/ industries to obtain critical information for due diligenceDevelop a comprehensive understanding of targeted companies (e.g., industry, key business drivers)Undertake in depth financial analysis of client and target financial data to identify deal issues and business value driversPrepare key transaction analyses such as Quality of Earnings, normalized net working capital and analysis of debt and debt-like items.
