– Strong previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry (Minimum 3 years)
– Experience with TruckMate
– Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
– Excellent administrative and data entry skills
– Superior telephone manner
– Good computer skills
– Able to work independently
– High attention to detail
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
