Job description: About Our ClientOur client is hiring a Trust Accountant to manage trust account ledgers and prepare financial reports. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and remote work.Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounting ledgers for multiple trust funds
  • Prepare trust reports and process trust withdrawals
  • Verify trustee statements, ledgers, and bank statements
  • Ensure compliance with provincial trust regulations
  • Contribute to the accuracy of trust account balances

Qualifications

  • Diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Expected salary: $54000 per year
