Join us and help us achieve our mission of having the best day every day.RATES OF PAY: $21.63 per hourMAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use GCA scanner for all required activities with 100% scanning compliance.
• Handling of parcels/shipments.
• Ability to lift and carry packages, repetitive lifting
• Sorting packages to route.
• General duties of warehouse cleaning.
• Compiling & Analyzing operation reports
• Comply with the collective agreement
• Keep in mind safety and health measure related to the workplace

ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESULTS:

• Responsible for internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Professional representation of DHL at all times.
• Proactively manage the customer’s perception of and level of satisfaction with our service.
• Interact effectively with other members of the warehouse and operation teams.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures as outlined by supervisors.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Ability to learn GEMA and other tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High School Education.
• Proven Customer Service skills.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
