The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers and sea cans, managing associated paperwork, maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse, and performing other duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.· Key Responsibilities:· Load and unload trailers and sea cans efficiently and safely, ensuring the correct handling of goods.· Complete and manage associated paperwork accurately, including shipping and receiving documents.· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by performing general cleaning tasks regularly.· Assist with inventory management, including the organization and storage of goods within the warehouse.· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified and required.· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.· Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or management.· Qualifications:· Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset.· Ability to lift and move heavy items safely, often repeatedly.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and managing inventory.· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.· Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.· Forklift certification is an asset but not required.Warehouse Associate Hours & Wage· Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 5:00 pm· $21/hourAbout Us:Express Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help them find the right job based on their skills and experience.
