Central Pharmacy Services is a division of Loblaw/Shoppers Drug Mart that centrally fills prescriptions for patients and provides other prescription processing services. By streamlining these crucial functions, we enable Pharmacists and their teams at Shoppers Drug Mart locations to focus on what is important – the patient! We pride ourselves on having a great team spirit.What’s in it for you?· Competitive Pay· Great Benefits that are highly customizable and include a vacation purchase option· Employee Discount of 30% on in store purchases· Potential licensing assistance to financially support licensing costs (role dependent)· Sign-On Bonus’ and Relocation SupportWhat you’ll do:Receive and incoming products and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipmentSort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory that is receivedInspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects, and notify team lead of findingsResponsible for accurately receiving, reporting, and distributing purchased itemsReplenish shelves with supplies in the warehouse, production floor, drug walls.Operate pallet jack in loading and unloading materialsStock up all the supplies on the Production FloorFlatten Boxes and dispose in recycle binStock up all supplies on the verification floorTransport checked totes from Verification to WarehouseTransport Finished totes from production to verificationMove empty totes from warehouse to production floorStock up both Rx drug walls and OTC drug wallsStock up drug walls with order received by inventoryBox, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standardsMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; aligning with procedures, rules, and regulations.Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery areaPrepare shipping totes by labelling, countingPackage and ship in accordance with SOP, packaging guidelines and accepted methods/practicesReplenish packaging materials in the warehouseCommitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingWhat you bring :Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, DependabilityHigh School diplomaAbility to lift up to 45lbsGood verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills95% of the work is done while standing.
