Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will be responsible for testing returned products to determine product functionality and provide valuable information to our Research & Development team for the continued improvement of our products.If you are someone that likes a challenge and are continuously striving for excellence, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:Warehousing

  • Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using a forklift, stacker, pallet jack or other equipment.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper inventory management practices are followed.
  • Receive all incoming shipments, inventory count reconciliation and distribution of inventory purchases.

Returns Processing

  • Test and inspect returned products to determine functionality
  • Clean and pack products accurately within established guidelines
  • Accurately record testing results
  • Complete tasks such as sorting, stacking, piling, and unpacking goods according to department procedures

General Duties

  • Wrap, tag, and store inventory/pallets
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Dispose of warehouse refuse and recycling when required
  • Check and maintain warehouse equipment
  • Effectively completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Warehouse & Returns experience considered an asset
  • Experience and/or keen interest in electronics an asset
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and shipping software applications
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs in a physical environment
  • Ability to endure prolonged standing and repetitive movement
  • Detail oriented problem solver
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week.
