They ensure every order is staged and delivered to our customers in a timely manner while helping maintain our Warehousing cleanliness and inventory.This position will start at our Calgary Main location but is intended to be moved to our Balzac location. The successful incumbent must be able to work from either location.This is an afternoon shift position (Monday to Friday 2-11pm)What’s in it for you?

What you will do:

• Load and unload product in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
• Receive incoming shipments and checking for accuracy
• Put away product to correct areas in the warehouse in a timely manner
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders, including preparing documentation for shipment
• Liaise with freight companies and inside/outside customers to determine shipping priorities
• Obtain necessary shipping documentation related to the assigned route.
• Load items and orders into truck while adhering to a sometimes tight to delivery schedule.
• Strap and/or secure material so that there is no damage or breakage to the material during transport.
• Unload products according to the destination’s applicable rules.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety procedures are maintained in the warehouse.

What you will bring:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• General basic computer skills including Microsoft Office is required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative
• Able to regularly lift up to fifty (50lbs) pounds
• Forklift certified or ability to be certified
• WHMIS and TDG certification would be an asset
• Knowledge of industry (Plumbing and or HVAC) products is an asset
