You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. With your strong leadership skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements will contribute to the success of our warehouse operations.You will report directly to our Sr Field Supervisor, and you will work out of our Orillia location on a work schedule.In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • A valid forklift certificate and experience operating weight min 5000lbs
