YOUR CHALLENGESTo ensure an efficient and fast service in the reception, preparation and shipment of goods to the company’s external customers. Interchangeability of functions.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESReception

• Unload the goods;
• Verify the goods received;
• To make the reception in our computer system;
• Place the merchandise safely in the warehouse in the designated area;
• Deal with non-conformities from suppliers.

Preparation

• Prepare customer orders;
• Make sure to respect the special requests written on the shipping orders.

Shipping

• Verify the accuracy of customer orders;
• Pack customer orders according to their specifications;
• Make the shipment in our computer system and the carrier’s system.

General

• Safety is everyone’s responsibility: ensure safe working practices, adhere to OHS standards and be aware of your environment;
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas;
• Respect tools, equipment and the work environment;
• Notify a supervisor in the event of a breakdown.

SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS – EXPECTED OUTCOMES

• Order accuracy;
• Number of prepared orders;
• Service level (internal).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma;
• Less than one year of experience in a similar position.
