Leadership is not tied to a job title, i.e. you don’t need to be accountable for a team to be considered a leader.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Clerk is responsible for efficiently coordinating warehouse operations under the direction of the Warehouse Leadership. This role involves overseeing inventory control, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inventory checks and updates to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update warehouse records to ensure that all processes are documented accurately. Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, shipping documents, and other related paperwork.
  • Use warehouse management systems (SAP) to enter data, process orders, and manage stock. Follow guidelines for system updates and troubleshooting as directed.
  • Assist in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
  • Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and condition of inventory.
  • Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a backup for Production Clerk
  • Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

  • High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • SAP Preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Proficient in computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to operate various office machines
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • SQF training.
  • This position requires the ability to demonstrate the following competencies:
