Job description: Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to help maintain our shop and inventory. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers and ensure efficient delivery to multiple different sites;
- Manage all paperwork required for purchases/receptions.
- Pull material from stock with accuracy and efficiency;
- Maintain warehouse stock based on data from previous months;
- Assist in establishing processes to improve order accuracy and delivery times to job sites.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with all internal and external safety standards;
- Manage a small team of employees depending on volume of work;

- 1-3 years’ warehouse or shipping/receiving experience;
- Forklift experience and operator certification;
- Ability to rapidly understand company needs;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team oriented;
- Past field experience is an asset;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Basic to advanced computer skills
