• Create processes and procedures that follow the company Quality Policy
• Must have a customer first mentality
• Knowledge of the safety requirements for employee health and safety
• Understand the warehouse cycle process flow and find ways to make each department more efficient through continuous improvement
• Familiar with radio frequency hand held scanners
• Provide proper instruction to supervisor/associates to ensure that training, safety, quality and personnel needs are met in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain continuous cycle count operation to monitor the accuracy and efficiency of inventory record system
• Monitor the ongoing maintenance and service of all vehicles in the warehouse
• Interface with necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of products and to resolve inventory and customer discrepancies
• Work closely with the Inventory team and Management to execute inventory operations and requirements
• Understand all functions and departmental duties
• Continuously check employee work and provide feedback as needed
• Must be flexible to the ever-changing needs of the operation
• Must be able to work with and process many different situations at any given time by prioritizing them and efficiently resolving each in a timely manner
• Recommend solutions to reduce spending
• Coordinate with Management and Human Resources regarding necessary workplace training
• Use the hiring process to create and grow a central warehouse team
• Conduct periodic supervisor’s meeting to review customer complaints, shipment and receiving data, discuss issues, and provide guidance as needed
• Provide regular weekly reports to the General Manager and upper management regarding operations, warehouse requirements, and changes occurring within the warehouse
• Promote positive work relationships and communication with all employees, departments and management, while communicating company policies effectively

Assets:
-5 to 10 years of recent Warehouse Management experience

Expected salary: $90000 – 95000 per year
