Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $75K-$100K/year based on experience
• Monday-Friday

Position Summary:

• Oversee timely, accurate receipt and dispatch of goods
• Build and manage strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
• Coordinate shipping schedules to align with production and customer needs
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse professionals to create a culture of accountability among staff
• Uphold LEAN manufacturing practices across shipping processes
• Manage and audit inventory systems to ensure real-time accuracy to minimize shrinkage
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and allocate resources accordingly
• Ensure all warehouse activities meet safety and compliance standards
• Optimize warehouse processes and workflows to drive efficiency
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and internal teams
• Align daily operations with company-wide strategic goals
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support staff development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related
• 5+ years management experience in warehousing, logistics, or shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to track and uphold targets within the warehouse and communicate with other departments if needed
• Experience with inventory management systems
