Shift: Morning preferred (7:00am – 4:00pm) with 1 hour lunch
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000, dependent on experience. $10,000 bonus, dependent on performanceAs a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading a team in day-to-day operations. Responsible for ensuring that all of the warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently, as you will be supervising a team of 25+ individuals. Being able to fulfil sales orders for all the distributors and return orders while maintaining an accurate inventory count. The accuracy and attention to detail will be vital to this role. Finding areas to improve will be great.Advantages

– Manage shipment status and inventory using Navision or Excel.
– Prepare and process sales orders for distributors, ensuring timely invoicing.
– Coordinate return authorizations, transfer orders, and maintain virtual warehouse inventory.
– Conduct weekly high-value inventory counts and collaborate with team members.
– Purchase inventory to maintain safety stock levels and oversee 3PL logistics.
– Support forecasting and inventory needs, track overseas shipments, and update purchase orders.Qualifications
– 2-5 years of Warehouse Leadership experience. This will including leading a medium sized team (shippers, receivers, material handlers, forklift drivers, etc)
– A great understanding how to process all sales order on a timely matter and can efficiently manage an inventory.
– Can collaborate with other departments.
– Can work the morning shift (7:00am – 4:00pm), Monday to Friday.
– Previous experience in retail or loss prevention will be considered a plus.
– Experience with Navision will be considered an asset.Summary
