No order is too big or too small.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment for electrical cable products.
  • Manage inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and cycle counts of electrical cables and related components.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety specific to electrical cable handling.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilization for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of electrical cables.
  • Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments, deliveries, or inventory.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory and orders.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the electrical supply industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, especially related to electrical components.
  • Familiarity with electrical cables and components is a plus.
