The Warehouse Associate is responsible for organizing the daily workload, making sure pertinent orders are completed in a timely matter (including cutting and picking of sales orders), noting any discrepancies and advising the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor and helping in maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment.ECS Core Values:

Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Identify and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
- Adhere to final inspection and shipping protocols to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Comply with all safety regulations and promptly report unsafe conditions to your Manager or Supervisor.
- Assist in inventory preparation and participate in company inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support shipping operations.
Key Qualifications for Success:
- A minimum of two (2) years of broad experience in warehouse/distribution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and shipping procedures.
- Capability to load and unload materials efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in managing inventory systems and processes.
- Must be certified to operate a forklift.
- Strong situational awareness, including mental, physical, visual, and environmental conditions.

Job type/Shift:This position is full-time and permanent, with an 8-hour shift. The salary range is $40,000 to $43,000 per year.
Expected salary: $40000 – 43000 per year
