Reporting to the Mill Store Manager, as the Warehouse Worker/Retail Sales Clerk, your strong work ethic and dedication will be essential in providing front-line support to our customers and Customer Service team. With your positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent team and interpersonal skills, you will thrive in our dynamic environment.About The Role: Our unionized Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk provides exceptional customer service and optimizes inventory movement.Responsibilities:Assisting with stock counts and general inventory logistics in both the warehouse and retail storeAnswering customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experienceReceiving and displaying merchandiseMust be pleasant and professional and demonstrate excellent customer service skillsPerform general housekeeping and 25% retail duties and 75% warehouse duties in the warehouse of the mill store, including serving customers, loading feeds, receiving orders using forklift, etc.Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detailWork in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-taskAssisting where needed throughout the facilitySkills and ExpertiseQualifications:Agricultural industry experience is an assetPhysical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend, twist, stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 25 kgs.Self-motivated – able to work independently in fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionGreat organizational skillsForklift experience is an assetExpectation from the Role:Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, making product recommendations and driving salesCollaborate with team members, maintain a clean and organized store, and support additional tasks as neededAccurate movement and reporting of inventoryFull-time, Monday to Friday; Rotation on Saturday based on business needOn-site location: 9415 – 109 Street Westlock, Alberta T7P 2M6Hourly rate: $20/hourWhy you Will Love Working with UsGlobal Benefits:
