Job description: Brandt is currently looking for an Accountant in our Regina location. This position is responsible for preparation and posting of journal entries, month-end and year-end reconciliations, and preparation of internal management reports.Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciling bank accounts monthly and balancing transactions on a daily and weekly basis
- Month-end account reconciliations
- Preparation and posting of journal entries, largely monthly recurring entries
- Preparation of regular internal management reporting, including sales reporting
- Analysis of certain account balances, including recommendations related to the analysis
- Processing and review of customer refunds or rebate requests
- Year-end working paper preparation
- Specific projects and other related duties as required
