Job title: Accounting Administrator (18 month Mat Leave Coverage)

Job description: About the Opportunity
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting team, ensuring smooth and accurate workflow
- Organize and maintain client records, digital filing systems, and databases
- Assist with accounts receivable, preparing engagement letters, providing billing support and processing client deliverables
- Support tax return e-filing and review documents for accuracy
- Manage client communications including emails and phone calls
- Help improve internal processes and support team collaboration
About You
- 2–3 years of administrative or accounting support experience, preferably in a professional services setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CaseWare, TaxPrep) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
Salary Range
$50,000 – $55,000 /yearHow to Apply
