- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Perform daily and monthly accounting processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely collections, resolving issues efficiently and tactfully
- Analyze customer credit applications and make recommendations based on established company policies
- Monitor credit limits and thresholds to minimize risk and optimize cash flow
- Support office operations by maintaining organized records
- Compose and prepare correspondence
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Accounting and Operations Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
