Job description: About the Opportunity
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Reconcile vendor and customer statements, investigating discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and process invoices, journal entries, and payment runs.
- Maintain financial records, including vendor/customer master files and sales tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve accounting inquiries.
About You
- Diploma or higher in accounting/administration.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (Sage X3 preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary Range
$52,000 – $58,000 /yearHow to Apply
