Job description: Job Description:Our client is seeking a Contract Accounts Payable Clerk to join their fast-paced team in Edmonton. This role involves high-volume invoice processing, PO entry, payment runs, and project close-out support.Key Responsibilities:
- Match/process invoices and payment runs
- Enter POs/change orders; clean up outstanding POs
- Ensure proper approvals and timely payments
- Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and other stakeholders
- Data entry and document management
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:Requirements:
- 2+ years AP or bookkeeping experience
- Accounting or Business Admin certificate/degree
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with ECMS, Texada an asset
- Construction industry background is a plus
- Strong communication & initiative; deadline-driven
- Available to start immediately
