Job description: Job Description:Our client is seeking a Contract Accounts Payable Clerk to join their fast-paced team in Edmonton. This role involves high-volume invoice processing, PO entry, payment runs, and project close-out support.Key Responsibilities:

• Match/process invoices and payment runs
• Enter POs/change orders; clean up outstanding POs
• Ensure proper approvals and timely payments
• Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and other stakeholders
• Data entry and document management
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:Requirements:

• 2+ years AP or bookkeeping experience
• Accounting or Business Admin certificate/degree
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Experience with ECMS, Texada an asset
• Construction industry background is a plus
• Strong communication & initiative; deadline-driven
• Available to start immediately
