Job description: Job Description:Our client in Edmonton is seeking a Contract Accounts Receivable Clerk to support their finance team. This is a great role for someone who’s detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys repetitive, focused tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record payments accurately.
- Reconcile customer accounts and manage outstanding balances.
- Upload billing data, generate invoices using ERP software.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records and support AR reporting.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance-related role.
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Available to start immediately.
