Job description: Job Description:Our Edmonton-based client is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract role. This position requires experience in both AR and AP functions, and the ability to pick up new processes quickly in a fast-paced, centralized environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Apply cash receipts to customer invoices
• Post bank deposits and manage AR accounts
• Perform journal entries, bad debt postings, and month-end reporting
• Communicate with customers to confirm information
• Track weekly cash applications and assist with weekly payment proposals
• Provide AP coverage as needed, including supporting the AP Lead

Requirements:Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AR/AP experience
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently
• Diploma or certification in Administration or Accounting preferred
• Available to start immediately
