Roles and Responsibilities
- Audit purchase orders presented by the Accounting Specialist
- Auditing Technician work orders
- File all invoices received by mail, email, and fax, and vendor statements when received
- Enter accounts payable
- File all service reports, customer invoices, and invoices for completed and invoiced projects
- File posting reports for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Service Management, General Journal Entries
- Stamp envelopes for mailing on a weekly basis
- Support Accounting Specialists where required during deadline demand periods
- Assist Dispatch team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
Required Experience
- Accounts payable and receivable data entry experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a customer service role would be an asset
