We are seeking an individual that is passionate and excited about the energy transition to join our team as an Analyst or Senior Analyst, Corporate Development.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development the Analyst or Senior Analyst will support the execution and development of ATCO EnPower’s strategies in North America. Key functions include:
The Analyst or Senior Analyst will work closely with the senior members of the Corporate Development team and other internal and external stakeholders including professionals in business development, sales, economic analysis, engineering, operations, regulatory and government affairs, sustainability, accounting, finance, and treasury to perform their role.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibility Area 1: M&A and Development Projects (70%)
Responsibility Area 2: Business Strategy Development (30%)
