Job description: About the Opportunity
- Matching contracts or purchase orders with vendor/supplier invoices
- Coding and data entry of invoices for payments
- Process vendor/supplier invoices
- Ensuring that payments to vendors are as per agreed terms
- Assist with month end journal entries
- Highlight potential opportunities for automation or process improvement
- Support the team with any ad hoc accounting tasks
About You
- Degree in accounting or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, data entry, and/or finance
- Detail oriented
- Works best in a team oriented and collaborative culture
- Strong Excel skills
- Positive attitude and motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Hourly Rate
