Job description: Job Description:Our Edmonton-based client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support their busy finance team.Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, and journal entries
- High-volume invoice entry
- Managing cash flows and budgets across multiple projects
- Handling customer communications and high-volume phone inquiries
- Preparing for audits and supporting account reconciliations/GL
- Reviewing quarterly customer expense reports
- Troubleshooting accounting processes across multiple centers
- Ensuring GST compliance and supporting cost control initiatives
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on AP experience
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial reporting
- Experience in a non-profit environment is an asset
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
- Available to start immediately
