This is an appointed/exempt position and will work under the guidance and direction of the Iron County Attorney and under the general directions of the State Advisory Board of Children’s Justice.JOB SUMMARYDirect overall operations of the Iron County Children’s Justice Center (CJC) to ensure compliance with state and local guidelines.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSGraduation from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree in a closely related field AND three (3) or more years of Office Management or Business Management experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess and maintain valid Utah Driver’s License.
• Must maintain compliance of Iron County Vehicle Policy – including maintaining an acceptable driving record.
• Attend any required training when needed and/or scheduled.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance of Iron County drug and alcohol policies and guidelines.
