– Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
– Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
– Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
– Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary
– Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation
– Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
– Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe working environmentQualifications:
– Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
– Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
– Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
– Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
– Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
– Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation principlesPlease note that all positions at our company are paid positions. We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00-$23.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• construction: 5 years (required)
