Job description: Job Description:Join an ICI construction company with the opportunity to grow within the finance team. We are looking for a professional with construction industry experience that will provide overall leadership of all financial, accounting and risk management matters.Responsibilities of the Controller is as follows:
- Lead Department and Divisional Managers in setting annual budgets and financial goals for each business unit in the Group
- You will be responsible for a team of 4
- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting functions
- Managing budgets and cashflow
- Project accounting and forecasting
- Participating in strategic planning of the company
- Monitoring business performance metrics
- Preparing monthly and year end reports
Job Requirements:
- 5-10+ years’ experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant with a medium sized construction company
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
