We are looking for a professional with construction industry experience that will provide overall leadership of all financial, accounting and risk management matters.Responsibilities of the Controller is as follows:

• Lead Department and Divisional Managers in setting annual budgets and financial goals for each business unit in the Group
• You will be responsible for a team of 4
• Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting functions
• Managing budgets and cashflow
• Project accounting and forecasting
• Participating in strategic planning of the company
• Monitoring business performance metrics
• Preparing monthly and year end reports

Job Requirements:

• 5-10+ years’ experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant with a medium sized construction company
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
