Job description: Job DescriptionOur large and well-established client has an immediate opening for a Corporate Accountant! This is a 12-14 month contract to cover a Mat leave and will focus on supporting month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting, and will be involved in high-volume transactions. - Perform various month-end/ quarter-end close activities within deadlines
- Aid with the development of Standard Operating Procedures for accounting tasks
- Data analysis to support decision making
- Revenue and expense accounting
Requirements:
- CPA designated or towards the end is a requirement
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up on things quickly
