We are actively recruiting for team members to join us on our Keating Cross Road Flyover Project in Saanich, BC.to find out how Tim grew from an Equipment Operator into a Grade Foreman. What you will be doing:Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites.
- Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
- Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
- Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
- Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
- Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
