REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating
- Ability to read blueprints and prepare layouts
- Proficient at take-offs on Electrical Drawings
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Self-sufficient; able to manage multiple projects
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
- Knowledge of local building codes, electrical code and fire alarm code
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient in Accubid Pro, Accubid Count and Jonas Job Scheduling
